The Mik’ados choir is part of the Chanterie de Lyon, affiliated with the Mouvement A Coeur Joie. It is made up of young people aged 12 to 18 who wish to discover or continue choral singing after their experience in a Chanterie (8-12 years old) in the region.
This forty young people, coming from the four corners of Lyon, perform regularly at
the occasion of joint concerts with the various choirs of the association. The choir has
notably participated in the opening concerts of the Choralies de Vaison-la-Romaine.
Since 2015, the choir has had the opportunity to experience numerous exchanges in France and abroad or to participate in various festivals such as the Choralies and Europa Cantat.
It is a choir that favors the pleasure of singing above all.

Professor of music education and choral singing, Sibylle Chassaigne teaches in a
establishment in the Lyon region.
Dynamic founder of the Mik’ados choir in 2004, within the Chanterie de Lyon, she involves it in various concerts and exchanges with other choirs.
It is committed to welcoming any young person wishing to discover choral singing, without recruitment conditions except motivation, and favors the pleasure of singing above all.
She also sings in the vocal ensemble Alter Echo and Le choir des femmes.
